Chatbots will replace doctors …

The great replacement for doctors: “Chatbots”

WE HAVE TO FINALLY CALL A CAT, A CAT!

You are sad, depressed, revolted, annoyed, tired, painful, nauseous, anorexic or bulimic, haggard, powerless in the face of the blindness of too many citizens in the face of the violence and deadly power of the few thousand billionaires who govern the Western world. They are led by Bill Gates, the computer scientist, Tedros the head of the WHO, a non-doctor with a sulphurous Ethiopian past 1 , Fauci the MR Vaccine of the USA 2 for 50 years and soon to be retired all the same (the Deep State s would it collapse?), American political power, and obviously the unelected President of the European Commission who governs the subjugated countries of the EU and some other their effectors, the leaders of the European countries

Chat Bot in digitized healthcare

The refusal to reintegrate non-injected caregivers is consistent with the entire « project »

Trained psychiatrists are overwhelmed by waves of suicides among adults, but also among children. Of course, you can draw from the thousands of « therapists » of all kinds available on the net, of diverse and varied training and values and who have the advantage, not being caregivers, of not being prohibited from exercising for refusal of experimental injection and their acts not reimbursed by social security, therefore much less persecuted than university-trained psychiatrists by health insurance.

Obviously you will find good, well-trained psychotherapists (some of whom are recognized and reimbursed), but also many more or less eccentrics with various methods and practices, but whose too frequent characteristic is their feeling of superiority, their medical incompetence, their rejection extreme of traditional medicine which has certainly failed, but cured millions of patients for a century… We plunge into delirium.

Danger, therefore, but while waiting for the appointment given by a real professional in six months for a first contact for your teenager broken by confinement, video lessons, dissonant speeches on the radios, and fear, terrible fear conveyed by their teachers manipulated by their rectorate, sometimes the terror of the future, what will you do?

The globalist power has planned everything

Obviously for several years, the obsession of Western political powers was not to train better doctors and enough practitioners, but to REPLACE them”. It should not be believed that the drastic reduction of the numerus clausus was a political “error”. No, the scenario consisted in gradually depriving the doctors of their medical power by subjecting them to a pretentious and incompetent administration in the care, but obedient, directed most often by enarques apparently frustrated not to be doctors, and at the same time to reduce the number and quality (replacement of clinical teachers by “scholars” biologists or epidemiologists, or public health “doctors” who have never listened to a heart or palpated a liver, etc.).

The first step, “invisible” to the people, was to hire doctors from elsewhere, with more or less good training, under precarious conditions. Above all, their main faults in the emergency room, their privileged place of reception, were their lack of mastery of French and therefore of human contact with the public. It should be noted that this difficulty could and should have been quickly overcome before hiring by intensive language learning, as is the practice everywhere for expatriates.

But the bureaucrats in power obviously didn’t want them to understand the ailments of their consultants, especially not anything that had to do with soul medicine.

PRELIMINARY STAGE: HABITUING AND CONDITIONING PATIENTS TO CARE ROBOTS 3

We were told about robots at the patient’s bedside proudly replacing, in demonstration medical congresses, nurses who were absent, depressed and now banned from practicing on the pretext of refusing dangerous and ineffective experimental injections. We laughed more or less, vaguely worried.

The robot walked down the hallway of the hospital to take the old gentleman’s blood pressure and bring the meal to the old lady. We dared to present these machines to us as progress! Naive, amazed viewers watched the patient in his sad hospital room and frumpy in his unsuitable white shirt, being distracted by a friendly, but terribly inhuman little robot.

Would connection freaks be excused (with a good conscience?) from visiting the dying grandmother or the old aunt who smells bad, or even the hairless, emaciated little brother with cancer?

Don’t worry, the government is making sure to replace long and expensive palliative care with quick accepted euthanasia — when you feel everyone’s inconvenience and you’ve been blamed enough about the cost of your care, you ask for that final sting and they will dare to speak of « free and informed consent ». Yes enlightened on the cruelty of the world…

“  ROBOT NURSING: A REAL MEDICAL PROGRESS?”

Presented in Tokyo in 2011, it has now arrived on the market since November 2013: Panasonic’s robotic nurse, Hospi . If its HD screen displays a broad smile, its marketing would rather cringe. After the robot that takes blood samples , does this new invention embody the future of the medical world or its programmed dehumanization?

MEDICAL HELP

First set up and studied in one of the hospitals of the Panasonic group, Hospi was able to convince the nursing staff in Osaka. Despite his heavy weight (120 kg), he was able to make himself appreciated by his “colleagues” by relieving them of certain tedious tasks. He knows how to manage the programming of the distribution of drugs at fixed times by depositing them with the nurses. Even better, a model would wash the patient’s hair semi-automatically!

A very appreciable saving of time for the nurses who admit having been relieved of various thankless tasks thanks to these assistants, they could therefore better fulfill their roles of care and supervision of the patients.

Hospi and his robotic prototype comrades would be medical assistants sometimes even “ more patient than nurses” according to Roselind Picard: they do not hesitate, for example, to repeat tirelessly and as many times as necessary the recommendations and prescriptions given to patients, unlike to the nursing staff, unfortunately too often overwhelmed. The staff, however, clarifies that they do not believe that robots will one day replace doctors and nurses…

Yet wasn’t the Hospi robot created, according to its designer, to respond to a lack of personnel in Japan?

WHAT IF THE ROBOT REPLACED THE NURSE

If technology has rendered many medical services, particularly in the field of surgery, should we consider that we can respond to a continuous overload of responsibilities and work of hospital staff by offering them a mass of integrated circuits ? Could a cruel lack of manpower caused by a lack of love for the nursing profession find an answer thanks to a robotic service?

And the patient in all this? Her dignity, her need to be listened to and reassured, the magic of a smile, a compassionate look, an outstretched hand… Let’s not forget that nursing care stems from the two sides of the concept of caring: treating illness, and caring for the  person .

A few years ago, in 2008 to be precise, it was feared that identification bracelets risked “objectifying” the patient by taking away their identity. However, since October 2012, its use has become widespread. Would the patient in the future become nothing more than a number, a file, a pathology? (…)”

YES, WE WERE RIGHT TO FEAR THESE BRACELETS WHICH TURN US INTO CALVES FOR SLAUGHTER and have not avoided certain errors. The next step was the pass, the QR CODE to go have a coffee at the local pub or go to the cinema and yes, the calves as de Gaulle called them did not flinch…

“Nurses, nurses, in hospitals, in clinics or in liberal practice, you who practice this profession out of love for others and their well-being, will you let a robot reassure or comfort your patient? »

And where does the lack of love for the profession come from if not the dehumanized financial management aimed at profitability?

We replace caregivers with robots, while at the same time, as EM would say, there would be too many humans on earth… But that we hasten to eliminate through refusal of care, injections of Rivotril toxic experimental pseudovaccines, but also wars… Eugenics, when you hold us… WILL ROBOTS BE MORE OBEDIENT than these doctors who are generally very submissive?

AFTER ROBOTIC CAREGIVERS, DOCTORS:

MY PSY IS A CHATBOT 4

ATTENTION, this image is not a dream of a Eurocrat in nocturnal delirium, but a « serious » project of our jealous bureaucrats of Humanity of (certain) doctors worthy of Hippocrates and not replaceable by a machine even equipped with ‘artificial intelligence.

Chatbots, you know? These software – also called conversational agents – which dialogue with their users and whose engine is artificial intelligence (or AI). If we can not yet say that they are everywhere, these children of high-tech are already investing in multiple areas. And especially mental health. Put to the test of reality during the confinements linked to the Covid pandemic, chatbot shrinks were thus able to measure their relevance and effectiveness. Imagine.

You — let’s say one of your patients — are going through a difficult time. Small temporary depression or premises of an authentic depression? You take your smartphone and click on the dedicated app (Woebot, My Sherpa or Sayana). A synthetic shrink then takes care of you: “How do you feel? You can answer me in words or in emoticons…”, he suggests. The rest of this conversation is then the product of a fine semantic analysis of your remarks, where each of the machine’s responses is predetermined and triggered by “if-then” situations.

EVERYDAY BOTS: FEEDED UP

Finally, whether you call your bank, a travel or real estate agency, the tax authorities or public or private insurance, you have become accustomed, forced and forced, to converse with these inhumans, by pressing the 1 key, 2 3, etc., and starting over ten times because the robot bugs and repeats the interrogation on a loop…

BUT CALL A CHATBOT PSYCHIATRIST, you had to think about it and dare! 5

“  But there is better. Therabot-type chatbot shrinks are coming . This application about to be tested for the first time in a randomized controlled trial is indeed different from previous generations in that it is powered by generative artificial intelligence.

In other words, Therabot can use existing data and documentation to develop original actions and responses, not just walk through a decision tree. A functioning that makes some say that a beginning of consciousness animates the machine. To see… Because as sophisticated as they are, these electronic aids will not soon replace the care in the flesh by seasoned psychiatrists. At most, they will be able to compensate for the growing shortage of professionals and bring into the care pathway some patients who are still reluctant to register. »

DIDIER DOUKHAN

So will you revolt?

So-called telemedicine booths are spreading, it seems, with the consent of patients or at least of enough citizens to make them profitable. Has your pharmacy installed any of these gadgets? Great, the appointment of the general practitioner the same day, and the specialist in three days! That is the demand of the people ?

“  How does it work? During the teleconsultation, the doctor guides the patient by videoconference to take the physiological constants (blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse, forehead temperature) and medical examinations that he deems necessary for diagnosis using a panel of assembled medical devices. .

The connected medical cabin is ergonomic, promoting patient autonomy during teleconsultation. It is also equipped with a tinted glass guaranteeing the confidentiality of exchanges between the patient and the doctor.’

Inside, a screen ensures the video transmission of exchanges with the teleconsultant. By following his instructions, the patient manipulates connected devices: blood pressure monitor, thermometer, stethoscope, otoscope, scale, dermatoscope, oximeter and, soon, a spirometer to measure respiratory capacity if necessary. So many tools to arrive at a diagnosis and then a medical prescription if necessary.

The medical cabin is fully soundproofed and equipped with a ventilation system. » 6

How many diagnostic delays, recoverable errors or not, and observations of the dehumanization of these practices will be needed for citizens to desert them, making them not “profitable”… The visit to the doctor brought a whole human dimension comforting beyond the clinical examination essential to isolated patients. Who from the cabin will be able to pass a warm hand on the back of his patient by accompanying him to the door of the cabinet?

How many accidents for the automatic car?

We understand of course that the mistreatment of the patient by these remote techniques is not in the concerns of current eugenicist and transhumanist political power. The quasi-global and prolonged confinement was clearly designed in the desire to condition us to all these connected techniques both in education and in medicine. He forced us to accept these remote techniques which are, it is true, sometimes “better than nothing” with the highlighted advantages of video: “Advantages of video: Support assumed to be identical to that carried out in the office, we are told, which is in fact false. It lacks direct contact, touch with a comforting handshake or an end-of-consultation hug so appreciated by patients. Respect for barrier gestures which can still reassure some and without a mask. This is essential in therapy in order to listen to non-verbal language and better understand emotions.

Health or travel problems, no stoppage or break in therapeutic care.

But what do the citizens think, whose eyes are finally half-open?

As the suspended doctor who accompanied the deputy Dupont Aignan to the demonstration in defense of Pr Perronne and the suspended caregivers said, the real will of the government is to replace us with robots :
